Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. To request a return, email us at dkiyilar@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the return is received. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. Personalised and final-sale items are non-returnable.
